Only two of 12 Dalton property transfers disclose sale prices in August
The Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded 12 property transfers in Dalton from Aug. 7 to Sept. 5, but only two disclosed a sale price: $30,000 for 122 High Street and $100,000 for 132 Yvonne Drive, the month's highest-priced recorded transaction, with a median of $65,000 between them. The remaining 10 entries, many involving banks, credit unions or mortgage filings, listed no price. Three streets, Yvonne Drive, High Street and North Street, each had two recorded transfers. With price data available for only two of 12 filings, the dataset does not support conclusions about overall market direction this period.
