The remaining 10 entries, many involving banks, credit unions or mortgage filings, listed no price. Three streets, Yvonne Drive, High Street and North Street, each had two recorded transfers. With price data available for only two of 12 filings, the dataset does not support conclusions about overall market direction this period.
