The most notable pattern was municipal: Dalton Town acquired three properties, at 642 Main St., 181 Park Ave. and 189 Ashuelot St. Nine other filings, half the total, named a bank or credit union as seller, including five from Greylock Federal Credit Union recorded July 27. One transfer, at 40 Myrtle St., moved property within the Porter family. With no pricing data recorded, transaction volume is the only market signal available this period.
