Nine of 18 Dalton deed filings this period list a bank or credit union as seller
Dalton recorded 18 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, according to the Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds, but none of the filings disclosed a sale price, so no price range or median is available for the period. The most notable pattern was municipal: Dalton Town acquired three properties, at 642 Main St., 181 Park Ave. and 189 Ashuelot St. Nine other filings, half the total, named a bank or credit union as seller, including five from Greylock Federal Credit Union recorded July 27. One transfer, at 40 Myrtle St., moved property within the Porter family. With no pricing data disclosed, transaction volume is the only market signal available this period.
