Dalton recorded 13 property deed transfers between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only two carried a sale price: $170,000 and $250,000, a median of $210,000 based on those two. The month's top recorded sale was 629 Dalton Division Road at $250,000, sold by Aaron and Sue B. Allard to Greylock Federal Credit Union on Sept. 11. Three streets, Dalton Division Road, Claremont Road and Central Avenue, each had two recordings. With 11 of 13 transfers still missing price data in the registry, the month's overall market tone cannot be determined from what's available yet.
