Dalton Home Prices Range From $49,555 to $426,000 in August Sales
Dalton recorded 13 property deed transactions with the Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only three disclosed a sale price. Prices ranged from $49,555 for 27 David St. to $426,000 for 187 High St., a commercial building sold by Dalton Center Block LLC; the median among disclosed sales was $250,000. Ten of the period's records were mortgage-related filings rather than standard sales. Greylock Federal Credit Union appeared in three transactions, both as buyer and as seller. With most filings lacking price data, the period's overall market tone cannot be fully assessed from this dataset.
