Only four included a recorded sale price, ranging from $50,000 to $420,000, with a median of $224,285. The period's top recorded sale was 181 Park Ave at $420,000, transferred from Cory Evangelisto to Pittsfield Cooperative Bank on July 14. Raymond Drive, East Housatonic Street and Park Avenue each saw two related filings. With 71% of recorded transfers lacking price data and several buyers being mortgage companies, the data offers only a partial picture of Dalton's traditional home-sale market this period.
